1lb. fresh pizza dough
2oz fig jam
8oz aged fontina
7oz thinly sliced prosciutto
3oz baby arugula
Salt and pepper
Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Take pizza dough and roll until cracker thin, brush with olive oil, bake in oven @450 for 5 min.
Remove from oven and spread fig jam onto flatbread, slice aged fontina and lay out over fig jam covering entire flatbread.
Return to oven and cook until crust is golden brown.
Remove from oven. Lay out thinly sliced prosciutto, then baby arugula, season with salt and pepper and extra virgin olive oil.
Slice and Serve
