Ingredients
- Yield:

Lamburger Ingredients
- 2 ½ lb. Ground lamb shoulder
- ¾ tsp. Garam Masala
- ½ T. Parsley, chopped
- 1 ½ cloves Garlic, minced
- ½ T. Harissa Paste
Yogurt Raita
- ¾ large unpeeled English Hothouse Cucumber, halved and seeded
- ½ C. Greek Yogurt
- 2 T. (packed) fresh Mint
- ¼ tsp. ground Cumin
- ¼ tsp. ground Coriander
- ½ ea. Red Onion, Short Julienne
Preparation

Lamburger Preparation
- Mix all ingredients together and shape into patties with hands.
- Place on pre-heated grill and cook to desired temperature.
Yogurt Raita Preparation
- Slice Cucumber into ½ inch thick half moons.
- Season with Cumin/Coriander and salt.
- Mix in the Yogurt, Onion, and Mint.
- Adjust seasoning according to taste
