Empress Peanut Butter

Ingredients
- Yield:
- 750 grams
- 250 g Empress Honey
- 250 g Raw Peanuts
- To Taste Kosher Salt
- To Taste Vanilla Extract
- 150 g Unsalted Butter
- 60 g Milk Chocolate
- 500 g Organic Peanut Butter
Preparation

- 1 Hour
- Melt butter.
- Add 125 g of honey, vanilla and peanuts. Cook until coated with liquid.
- Reduce liquid and add salt.
- Bake in the over at 350 for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
- In a food processor add peanut mixture while still warm, add, chocolate, 125 g of honey and organic peanut butter. Blend until mixture comes together and is very creamy.
- Crush the remainder of the peanuts, sprinkle on top and enjoy!
