Strawberry & White Chocolate Parfait

Ingredients

• White Chocolate Cream

  • 500ml whipping cream
  • 200g white chocolate

• Macerated Strawberries

  • 1 container of fresh local strawberries
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1Tbsp Chambord or Grand Marnier (optional)

1. White Chocolate Cream

   1. Boil cream and pour over chocolate
   2. Whisk until chocolate has melted and mix is smooth
   3. Strain into container and wrap with plastic wrap touching liquid
   4. Rest mix in the fridge over night
   5. The next day whip up cream in mixer

2. Macerated Strawberries

   1. Slice strawberries and toss in sugar and desired liqueur, allow to sit for 1 hour to improve flavor
   2. Layer strawberries and white chocolate cream in a wine glass or mason jar
   3. Finish with white chocolate shavings and a whole strawberry
