  • 2 cups Pumpkin Puree
  • 2 cups Cake Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt

1. 1. Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Add vegetable oil and pumpkin puree. Beat until smooth. Combine cake flour, baking powder, salt, and spice. Add slowly to mix, scraping bowl often. In a regular sized muffin pan, fill cups 2/3 full. Bake at 320 for 20-25 minutes (please allow for oven variances).
