Pumpkin Pie Recipe

• • 1 pre-cooked Pastry Shell
  • 300 G Pumpkin Puree
  • 3 G Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Vanilla
  • 75 G Brown Sugar
  • 3 G Cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp Ground Ginger
  • 1 Tbsp Nutmeg
  • 20 G Cake Flour
  • 100 G Eggs (20 pieces)
  • 300 Ml Cream, 35%
  • 45 G Butter, melted

1. • Preheat oven to 325 F.
   • Mix together all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl except the butter.
   • When combined add slowly the melted butter mixing all the time.
   • When thoughly mixed place into the pastry case.
   • Cook at 325F until firm to the touch.
