Halloween ghosts cupcakes

• Cupcakes ingredients

  • Marzipan
  • 2 eggs
  • A pinch of salt
  • 150g. sugar
  • 15g. Marshmallow
  • 100g. butter
  • Baking powder
  • Vanilla
  • 125 ml. milk

• Cupcakes topping ingredients

  • 180 ml. butter
  • 500g. icing sugar
  • 30ml. 35% cream

1. Cupcakes preparation

   1. Combine flour, salt, baking powder and stir well to mix.
   2. In a large bowl, whisk melted butter
   3. Add sugar and vanilla
   4. Add eggs
   5. At low speed, add the flour alternately with the milk.
   6. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes

2. Topping preparation

   1. Whisk melted butter with the other ingredients
   2. Place 2 marshmallows on the cupcake
   3. Cover with marzipan, shape it like a ghost

3. Decoration

   1. Prepare verrines and cupcakes with fruits jelly
   2. Decorate with Halloween chocolates or candies of your choice
