Butternut Squash Pie

• • 1 butternut squash
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 200 gr. of Micha goat cheese
  • 50 gr. of roasted pine nuts
  • 1 bunch of sage
  • 100 ml of cream 35%

1. 1. Cut the puff pastry with a round punch
   2. Cook at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, in the meantime slice the butternut squash
   3. Roast the squash slices in a pan
   4. Spread the Micha goat cheese on the puff pastry, add the squash slices
   5. Whip the cream and add some sage and ground pepper.
