Ingredients
Yield:
15 ml cucumber flavoured gin
15 ml cucumber syrup
20 ml of lemon juice
A dash of lemon bitters to add sourness
20 ml of egg white
Sprig of thyme to garnish

Add the gin, syrup, lemon bitters and egg whites to a cocktail shaker
Fill the shaker with ice and give it a good shake – quite a hard shake – to ensure that all the ingredients mix in well with the egg whites
Double strain into a chilled glass filled with ice and garnish
