Cocoa's Revenge Holiday Cocktail

• Main Ingredients

  • 3/4oz Ron Zacapa Rum
  • 3/4oz Kettle One Vodka
  • 1 & 1/2oz White Chocolate Cream
  • Pinch of Nutmeg

• White Chocolate Cream

  • 2 parts half & half cream
  • 1 part white chocolate

1. White Chocolate Cream

   1. Bring cream to boil then pour over white chocolate in a bowl
   2. Mix until chocolate has melted
   3. Keep refrigerated until preparing your cocktail

2. Served Cold

   1. Build all ingredients into a shaker, add ice & shake
   2. Double strain into a chilled martini glass
   3. Grate nutmeg on top

3. Served Hot

   1. Build all ingredients into a mug
   2. Add 4oz of boiling water
   3. A pinch of nutmeg on top for garnish
