Yield:
1 cocktail
50ml - Gin Tanqueray № 10
25ml - Fresh lemon juice
20ml - Sugar syrup (1.5 parts sugar \ 1 part water
4 fresh basil leaves
3 drops of tincture of celery
5ml - egg white (for the delicate texture)

Intensively mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice
Pour through a sieve into a chilled martini cocktail glass type
Garnish with basil leaves
