Tiramisu Martini

Ingredients

Yield:

1 martini

• • 1.5 oz creme de cacao
  • 1.5 oz coffee liqueur
  • 1.5 oz vanilla vodka
  • 1/2 oz half and half
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp ground espresso powder

1. 1. Fill a shallow dish with water. Dip martini glass rim in water.
   2. Fill second shallow dish with sugar, cocoa powder, & espresso powder. Mix well. Dip martini glass rim in sugar mixture.
   3. In a cocktail shaker full of ice, add all liquid ingredients.
   4. Strain the liquid into the martini glass.
   5. Top martini with dusting of cocoa powder.
