  • 1 oz. white Peach Puree
  • 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 3/4 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 Dash Angostura Bitters
  • 2 oz. Bacardi Silver Rum
  • 1 oz. Soda Water

1. • Muddle Mint, symple syrup, lime juice, Bitters.
   • Add puree ad Rum
   • Shake and strain over fresh ice
