1/2 Pint Fresh Mint
1 oz. white Peach Puree
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
3/4 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
1 Dash Angostura Bitters
2 oz. Bacardi Silver Rum
1 oz. Soda Water
Preparation

Muddle Mint, symple syrup, lime juice, Bitters.
Add puree ad Rum
Shake and strain over fresh ice
