Ingredients
Yield:
Serves 1
9-10 Raspberries
3 Mint leaves
2 oz white rum
1 oz Fresh lime juice
3/4 oz Simple syrup
Splash of Soda water
Preparation
Difficulty:
easy
Time:
2 Minutes
Total Time:
3 Minutes
Muddle 4-5 raspberries and mint leaves together
Add White rum, Lime juice and Simple syrup
Shake over ice until all ingrediants are combined
Pour into a tulip glass
Top off with ice and a splash of soda water
Garnish with remaining raspberries
