Sunset Sparkletini - Drink Recipe

Ingredients

Yield:

• • 2 orange wedges
  • 1 1/2 oz of Belvedere Orange
  • 1/4 oz of Grand Marnier
  • 3/4 oz of lemon juice, fresh
  • 1/2 oz of simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz of cranberry juice cocktail
  • 1 oz of Moet Chandon Champagne

• Garnish:

  • 1 flaming orange peel (alternative - blood orange slice)

Preparation

1. • In a pint shaker glass, hand-press orange wedges with a muddler.
   • Add Belvedere Pomarancza, Grand Marnier, lemon juice, simple syrup, and cranberry juice.
   • Fill shaker glass with ice.
   • Shake vigorously for 5 seconds.
   • Strain into a superfine-sugar-rimmed cocktail glass.
   • Top with Champagne.
   • Garnish.
