This drink was created by Fairmont Tremblant's mixologist, Nadine Gaudreault. The afternoon sun rays inspired her to create a refreshing drink that would simply scream “summer”. With a traditional margarita as the starting point, she gave this much adored southern cocktail a local twist by adding Quebec strawberries and a balsamic glaze for depth.
