Refreshing Summer flavours using the best of Ukraine’s summer strawberry harvest with the Italian aperitif, Aperol.
Ingredients:
40ml—Aperol
30ml—Strawberry Puree
80ml—Sparkling Wine
30ml—Sparkling Water
Preparation:
Combine Aperol and Strawberry Puree in a wine glass with ice.
Add a splash of soda water, and top off with sparkling wine.
Garnish with Orange and Strawberry.
