Royal Berry Sparkle

Makes 1 Cocktail

• • 5 blackberries
  • 1 oz Ten Cane Rum (or Bacardi Light Rum )
  • ½ oz fresh-squeezed lime juice
  • ½ oz Simple Syrup
  • 3 oz Moet & Chandon Brut Champagne
  • Garnish: 1 blackberry on a pick (and/or lime wedge if desired)

1. • Drop 5 blackberries into a cocktail shaker. Hand-press with muddler.
   • Measure in rum, lime juice and simple syrup.
   • Fill with ice. Shake vigorously.
   • Pour into chilled serving glass. Top with Champagne.
   • Garnish.
