Pom Beach Sidecar - Drink Recipe

• • 1 oz Hennessy
  • 1/2 oz Grand Marnier
  • 1/2 oz pomegranate concentrate
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice, fresh
  • 1 egg white, organic
  • dash of orange bitters
  • fresh thyme sprig

   • Cap and shake for 10 seconds
   • Strain into a large martini glass
