Mulled Wine

Ingredients

Yield:

• • 1 750ml bottle of Pinot Noir
  • 1 gala apple, cut into 8 pieces
  • 1 navel orange cut into 8 pieces
  • 1 pinch of each cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and clove
  • 2ml of Madagascar Vanilla
  • 200ml of white sugar-adjust to personal preference
  • 50ml of Brandy
  • 50ml of Kirsch

1. 1. Combine all ingredients into a pot and bring to a low simmer for 8 minutes. Stirring occasionally
   2. Serve warm with a cinnamon stick and orange slice for garnish.
