1 barspoon ginger puree
0.5 oz. simple syrup
0.75 oz. fresh lemon juice
1.5 oz. Finlandia Vodka
Ice
Lemon wedge
Candied ginger piece
Highball glass

Mix together ginger, syrup, lemon juice and vodka.
Pour in glass over ice.
Garnish with lemon wedge and candied ginger piece.
