• • 1½ oz Johnnie Walker Red Label Scotch
  • ¾ oz fresh-squeezed lemon juice
  • ¾ oz Simple Syrup
  • ¾ oz egg white - pasteurized
  • Splash of soda water
  • Garnish: Lemon peel disk

1. • Combine Scotch, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white in a cocktail shaker.
   • Fill with ice. Shake vigorously.
   • Fill chilled serving glass with fresh ice.
   • Add splash of soda then strain drink into glass.
   • Garnish.
