• Love Potion Cocktail Ingredients

  • 40ml Tanqueray 10
  • 8ml Ciroc Peach
  • 20ml Hibiscus Syrup
  • 20ml Lemon Juice
  • 25ml Egg White
  • 2 dash Peychaud Bitters
  • 60ml Brut

• Hibiscus Syrup Ingredients

  • 100g dried Hibiscus Flowers
  • 1 Vanilla Bean split
  • 5 Cloves, crushed
  • 500ml Water
  • 500g Sugar

1. Love Potion Cocktail Preparation

   1. Build all ingredients except brut, and dry shake without ice
   2. Add ice and shake hard
   3. Double strain into chilled coupe glass
   4. Top brut
   5. Garnish dried Hibiscus flower and 4 drops of peychaud bitters on foam in a swirl

2. Hibiscus Syrup Preparation

   1. Bring water to a boil with vanilla, hibiscus and clove
   2. Take off heat and allow to sit for 5 minutes, strain out solids
   3. Add sugar and place back on heat until sugar is dissolved
   4. Allow to cool then store in a clean glass sealable container and keep refrigerated
