Knickerbocker Cocktail

Ingredients

Makes 1 Cocktail

• • 5 fresh raspberries, or ½ oz Monin Raspberry Syrup
  • 2 oz Bacardi Light Rum
  • ¼ oz Cointreau
  • ¾ oz fresh-squeezed lemon juice
  • ½ oz Simple Syrup
  • Garnish: 1 raspberry on a pick or lemon disk if using syrup

1. • If using the berries, drop 5 raspberries into a cocktail shaker. Hand-press with muddler. Or, if using raspberry syrup, measure it in.
   • Add rum, Cointreau, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
   • Fill with ice. Shake vigorously.
   • Strain into chilled serving glass.
   • Garnish.
