Kentucky Maid

• • Handful of fresh mint
  • 3 slices cucumber
  • 2 oz Woodford Reserve Bourbon
  • 1 oz fresh-squeezed lime juice
  • ¾ oz Simple Syrup
  • Garnish: 3 slices cucumber threaded on a pick

1. • Tear mint and drop into a cocktail shaker. Add 3 cucumber slices.
   • Handpress mint and cucumber with a muddler
   • Measure in bourbon, lime juice and simple syrup.
   • Fill with ice. Shake vigorously.
   • Strain into chilled serving glass filled with fresh ice.
   • Garnish.
