Imperial Tea Blossom

Ingredients

Makes 1 Cocktail

• • 1 oz Chamomile-infused Cognac (Add 1 Tbsp of loose-leaf chamomile tea to 8 oz of Hennessy Cognac and let sit for 2 hours. When infused, strain through a fine strainer and store in a sealed glass bottle/container – labeled clearly!)
  • ½ oz fresh-squeezed lemon juice
  • ½ oz Clover Honey Syrup (In a large container, combine 2 parts clover honey and 1 part warm water. Stir vigorously until honey is completely dissolved. Let cool. Pour into squeeze bottles, seal, and store refrigerated.
  • 2 oz Moet & Chandon Brut Champagne
  • Garnish: Flamed orange peel, or an orchid

1. • Combine cognac, lemon juice and honey syrup in a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice.
   • Shake vigorously.
   • Strain into chilled serving glass.
   • Top with Champagne.
   • Garnish.
