HANG 10! - Drink Recipe

Ingredients

Yield:

• • 1 1/2 oz of 10 Cane rum (or alternative brand of rum)
  • 1 oz of raspberry puree
  • 3/4 oz of lime juice, fresh
  • 1/2 oz of simple syrup
  • 1 dash of Angostura bitters

• Garnish:

  • 3 Berries - raspberries, fresh, dusted with powdered sugar and threaded on a pick

Preparation

1. • In a pint shaker glass, measure in rum, raspberry puree, lime juice, and simple syrup.
   • Add bitters.
   • Fill shaker glass with ice.
   • Shake vigorously for 5 seconds.
   • Strain into a cocktail glass.
   • Garnish.
