Hand-Shaken Pina Colada

• • 2 oz Bacardi Light Rum
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • ¾ oz Coco Lopez or cream of coconut
  • Garnish: Pineapple wedge and pineapple leaf if fresh

1. • Combine rum, pineapple juice and Coco Lopez in a cocktail shaker.
   • Fill with ice.
   • Shake vigorously.
   • Strain into chilled serving glass filled with fresh ice.
