2 oz Aviation Gin
½ oz Simple Syrup
½ oz Lemon Juice
½ oz Egg Whites
Dash of Angostura Bitters
Soda
Lemon Twist
Preparation

3 Minutes
Cocktail
Pour Aviation Gin in a mixer glass
Add Simple Syrup, lemon juice and egg whites
Shake all with ice
Pour mix into highball glass
Add dash of bitters and top with soda
Garnish with lemon twist
