French 100 - Drink Recipe

Ingredients

Yield:

• • 2 oz of Moet & Chandon Champagne
  • 1 oz of Hennessy VSOP
  • 1/2 oz of Grand Marnier
  • 1 oz of Lemon sour
  • 1 pinch of ground Allspice
  • 1 Orange wedge

• Garnish:

  • 1 Lemon wedge, thin – gashed to slip onto rim
  • 1 Orange wedge, thin – gashed to slip onto rim

Preparation

Difficulty:

1. • Squeeze and drop orange wedge into a pint shaker glass.
   • Add pinch of allspice. Fill shaker glass with ice.
   • Measure in liquors.
   • Add mixer. Cap with shaker can and shake vigorously.
   • Strain into chilled martini glass.
   • Float Champagne
   • Garnish with 1 each thin wedge of orange and lemon as shown..
