• • 1.75 Vol oz Dewar's Blended Scotch
  • 0.75 Vol oz Simple Syrup
  • 0.75 Vol oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 Dash Chartreuse
  • 1 Egg White
  • Splash Club Soda

1. 1. Rinse a Cocktail Glass with Chartreuse.
   2. Measure the other ingredients into a Mixing Glass and dry shake vigorously
   3. Add Ice Cubes, hard shake and strain into the chilled and rinsed Cocktail Glass
   4. Spoon any extra Foam from the Tin in to the drink
   5. Splash with Club Soda
   6. Do not stir
