Canada Duck cocktail

Ingredients

• • 12 oz. Ungava Gin
  • 4 tbs. rendered Duck Fat
  • 2 oz. Grand Marnier
  • 1 oz. lemon Juice (from a grilled lemon)
  • 1 oz. simple Syrup
  • 4 pieces orange Zest

5 Minutes | Infused gin preparation: 1 week

1. For the infused gin

   1. Mix Gin and rendered Duck Fat together and leave at room temperature for six days.
   2. On the seventh day; freeze the alcohol overnight.
   3. Strain the gin thru a fine mesh sieve in order to only have the infused gin remaining.

2. For the cocktail

   1. Pour the infused gin, Grand Marnier, lemon juice and simple syrup into a shaker.
   2. Top up the shaker with ice and shake for 30 seconds.
   3. Strain into chilled Martini glasses, garnish with a fresh orange zest and enjoy!
