Bee's Kiss

Ingredients

Yield:

Makes 1 cocktail

• • 2 oz Bacardi 8 Rum
  • ¾ oz Clover Honey Syrup (In a large container combine 2 parts clover honey and 1 part warm water. Stir vigorously until honey is completely dissolved. Let cool. Pour into squeeze bottles, seal, and store refrigerated.)
  • ¾ oz heavy cream
  • Garnish: Freshly grated cinnamon

1. • Combine rum, honey syrup and cream in a cocktail shaker.
   • Fill with ice.
   • Shake vigorously.
   • Strain into chilled serving glass.
   • Grate cinnamon over cocktail for garnish.
