Ingredients
- Yield:
- Makes 1 drink

- 2 oz Pear and Thyme Infused Gin
- 1/2 oz Agave Nectar
- 1/2 oz Fresh Lime
- 2 drops Ginseng Tincture
- 3 oz Coconut Water
Preparation

Gin Preparation
- Combine 1L of Gin, 2 diced pears, 1 sprig of thyme
- Allow it to sit in a mason jar for two days. After two days, strain the pear and thyme out and replace with fresh pair and allow it to sit for two additional days (4 days total)

Ginseng Tincture Preparation
- In a 1L mason jar, fill 1/3 with an even mix of Korean Ginseng, American Ginseng, and Goji Berries (wolf berries)
- Fill with overproof alcohol, Vodka or Rum. (minimum 100 proof - the higher the proof the better)
- Allow the contents to steep for 6 weeks, then strain out solids through a cheese cloth or coffee filter
- Store in a cool, dry place

Cocktail Preparation
- Build in mixing glass - Pear and Thyme Infused Gin, agave, lime, tincture
- Fill with ice, cap with tin. Shake
- Strain over ice in a tall glass, top with coconut water
