Absolut Beta Cocktail

Ingredients

1 cocktail

• • 2oz Absolut Citron
  • 1oz Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 oz Beet and Pepper Shrub
  • 1/4 oz Ginger and Honey Syrup
  • 3/4 oz Egg White
  • 2 Basil Leaves (1 for Garnish)

1. 1. Build all ingredients into cocktail shaker without ice and dry shake to emulsify egg whites.
   2. Add ice and shake hard.
   3. Double strain into chilled martini coupe.
   4. Garnish with clapped basil leaf and cracked pepper.
