• • 3 large sprigs cilantro
  • 2 oz 1800 Silver Tequila
  • 1/2 oz Monin Ginger Syrup
  • 1 1/2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • Garnish: sprig of cilantro and/or candied ginger piece on a pick

1. • Tear and drop cilantro into a shaker
   • Measure in the 1800 Silver Tequila, Monin Ginger Syrup, and juices
   • Fill with ice and shake vigorously.
