Goat cheese and pine nuts Pears

Ingredients

Yield:

• • 60 ml Ice cider (suggested: Le glacier des Vergers Pedneault)
  • 125 ml olive oil
  • 5 Fresh thyme leafs
  • 3 Seedless pears cut in halves
  • 150 g goat cheese (suggested: Le Crottin de Fanny)
  • 30 ml 1% Milk
  • 15g Pine nuts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 45 ml Chopped chives

1. 1. Marinate the pears with the apple cider, the olive oil and the thyme leafs for 2 hours in vacuumed pack.
   2. In a small bowl whip the goat cheese with the milk until soft. Season with chives, salt and pepper.
   3. Stuff each pear halves with goat cheese mixture and garnish with the pine nuts and some chives.
   4. Decorate with edible flowers and maple syrup.
