Dark Chocolate Nutella Mousse

Ingredients

• • 12 oz. Dark Couverture Chocolate
  • 2 oz. Hazelnut Liqueur
  • 7 Egg Yolks
  • 5 oz. Honey
  • 1 Pint Cream
  • Nutella to Taste

1. 1. Chop couverture chocolate and melt over a bain-marie
   2. Whip egg yolks to ribbon stage
   3. Bring honey to a boil
   4. Pour hot honey onto whipping yolks
   5. Fold melted chocolate and liqueur into the yolk mixture
   6. Whip cream to soft peaks and fold into chocolate mixture
   7. Incorporate Nutella into the mixture to taste
   8. Pour into prepared molds
   9. Chill at least 12 hours
   10. Serve with a beautiful garnish
