3 cups All Purpose Flour
1 1/2 cups Sugar
1 1/2 cups Butter
2 eggs
1 cup 35% Cream
2 tbsp Baking Powder
1 1/2 cups Sun Dried Cranberries
4 oz. Empress Honey
Preparation

90 Minutes
Total Time:
Blend flour, sugar, butter and baking powder.
Mix cream and eggs together.
Add cranberries to flour mixture.
Add liquid; do not overmix.
Roll and cut out, egg wash; rest for 45 minutes.
Bake at 325F for 20 to 25 minutes.
When cool, cut in half.
Drizzle Empress honey.
