  • 5ml Fresh Lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Feta Cheese
  • 2pc Grapes, cut in half
  • 1pc Mint sprig

1. Preparation

   1. Toss the apple and celery with the yogurt and lemon juice
   2. Plate the salad in the sherry glass and garnish with grape halves, feta cheese, and mint
   3. Serve with Pumpkin seed oil and Hemp seed oil
