Jasmina Bojic joined The Plaza team after having worked as Pastry Chef in some of New York’s finest establishments, including the Monkey Bar and Bridgewater’s.  In 2000, Jasmina took on the responsibility of Executive Pastry Chef at Tavern on the Green, a New York institution, which was reputed to be the highest volume free standing restaurant in the U.S. servicing 700,00 meals annually. Bojic has a wealth of knowledge in the confectionary arts, and graduated in Pastry Arts with highest honors from The New York Restaurant School.  

The Palm Court now offers classic versions of the afternoon tea with all of its pastries and desserts prepared daily by Pastry Chef Jasmina Bojic.
