The Tonga Room is a real gem that isn't as well-known as it should be. Found in the Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco, the tiki bar has great drinks and cuisine to match. Perhaps the most unique aspect is the simulated monsoon that strikes the pool in the middle of the room every thirty minutes.
