In June, 2011, The Fairmont San Francisco's honey bees celebrated their one-year Anniversa-bee atop Nob Hill on the roof garden of the hotel. We celebrated the occasion by holding a press preview tasting of Executive Chef jW Foster's special BlackboardEats Honey Hive Menu, which was available in July to subscribers. The Fairmont San Francisco's four beehives now contain about 200,000 honey bees!
