Red wine...on the rocks

During our stay last January at the Fairmont Orchid on the Big Island of Hawaii, my husband and I were looking for a quiet spot to enjoy a bottle of wine. We found a washed up tree trunk on a secluded rocky shore next to the hotel and settled in. What could be better than a front-row seat for a gorgeous Hawaiian sunset, a glass of wine in hand, and your best friend at your side?
