20th Wedding Anniversary on the Kohala Coast

The breathtakingly beautiful Kohala Coast on the Big Island of Hawaii is where you will find the "Orchid" of the Fairmont family of hotels.  What an amazing week we had there celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary ... and how it took me 45 years to discover it, I'll never know.  It was hard to leave the grounds of the magnificent Orchid, but we did manage to explore much of the island during our stay.  It's a stunningly diverse island full of gem destinations, but the Orchid sits, unquestionably, on the islands crown jewel; the Kohala Coast.  We are already planning on returning for our 30th anniversary!
