Teddy Bear Suite at The Fairmont Olympic Hotel Seattle

At this hectic time of year, I have taken a "time-out" with a visit to The Fairmont Olympic Hotel in Seattle. It is close enough to fly in just over an hour from Calgary. I use the rapid transit directly from the airport to avoid renting a car.

One of the Olympic's community projects is the Teddy Bear Suite. They invite children of all ages to view a Fairmont suite decorated with dozens of Teddy Bears of all sizes. This is also a benefit for Seattle Children's Hospital. Definitely a different experience from visiting Santa Claus - though I hear he has his own following, and makes even me feel like a kid again!
