Cool as a Cucumber

Ingredients

1 Cocktail

• • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1 ½ oz Hendrick's Gin
  • ¾ oz simple syrup
  • 2 oz DRY Cucumber Soda

1. 1. In a mixing glass pour gin, lemon juice and simple syrup
   2. Fill with ice, shake and strain into a cold martini glass
   3. Top with cucumber soda and garnish with a slice of cucumber on the rim of the glass
