Vineyard Margarita

• • 8 Thyme Sprigs
  • 6 oz Patron Silver Tequila
  • 1 oz Cointreau
  • 3 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 oz Red Wine (one with a juicy note)
  • Garnish: Thyme & Limes

1. 1. Tear thyme sprigs and drop into large cocktail shaker.
   2. Measure in spirits and mixers.
   3. Fill cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
   4. Cap and shake vigorously.
   5. Pour drink mix into chilled pitcher.
   6. Serve in frosty Collins glasses.
   7. Top with ice cubes if needed.
   8. Float with red wine.
   9. Garnish with thyme & lime.
