• Meatballs

  • 1 lb Ground Beef (Brisket Preferably)
  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp Thyme chopped
  • 2 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 egg yolk
  • ¼ Italian bread crumbs

• Meatball Topping

  • Marinara or pesto sauce
  • Parmesan cheese

1. Meatballs

   • Preheat an oven to 350 degrees.
   • Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl and form into 2 oz meat balls.
   • Cook the meatballs for approximately 10 minutes or until they have reached 155 degrees in the center.
   • Top with grated parmesan cheese and your favorite pesto or marinara sauce.
