Just returned home from two exceptional nights at the Fairmont Washington DC. Was in town to catch Springsteen with my teenaged son and his best bud. Stayed on the Gold floor and it was incredible. No need to eat out - the breakfast in the lounge was phenomenal. The entire team should be commended for their consistent and stellar service. A special thank you to Al on the evening shift who immediately fixed a booking error with an unbelievable upgrade and personally delivered ice cream to our room when the lounge ran out of dessert one evening. The boys can't wait to start school so that they can tell everyone about it! Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting DC.
